When you go up to the third floor via the spiral staircase, the calm bar-like space is very pleasant. The staff are cheerful, allowing you to relax from the moment you enter. The dashi and spices blend very well together, and the aroma spreads gently. The chicken and mushroom curry, which utilizes the umami of dried sardines, thickly shaved bonito, and kelp, has a light texture that pairs well with rice. The bone-in chicken is tender and falls off the bone, while the achar, fried lotus root, and kasuri methi provide a nice accent. There are also exciting dishes like a plate combining the umami of shrimp and clams, pork keema enriched with Hatcho miso, and a platter that lets you enjoy all three together.
