At the counter, you can order one piece at a time and enjoy it right in front of you. The conversations with the person preparing the sushi are really interesting, and they can even lead to discussions about motorcycles and manga. The background music is jazz, creating a calm atmosphere, making it easy for families to visit. There is a menu for children, and they are very accommodating when it comes to removing wasabi. The marinated mackerel has a faint cherry blossom color with a thin layer of kelp, and the balance of acidity, umami, and fat is exquisite. The grilled eel is fluffy and tender, allowing you to eat it without worrying about bones.
