This is a takeout-only yakitori shop located in a corner of a sake shop's parking lot, where you can easily stop by. You write the number of skewers and the flavors on an order sheet and then relax on a chair next to it while you wait. The aroma of charcoal is strong, and you feel excited from the moment it's grilled. Both chicken and pork skewers are available, and all of them were tender and satisfying. When you mix a little spicy miso with the salty chicken neck skewers, it enhances the richness and is irresistible. They separate the sauce and salt for you and also provide spicy miso, so you can enjoy it just as deliciously at home.
