Udon has a firm texture that makes it easy to slurp, and it is very satisfying. The aroma of the broth is strong, and the aftertaste is gentle. The chicken tempura is freshly fried, crispy on the outside, and has a chewy texture that makes it enjoyable to eat. The burdock tempura has parts that are not soaked in the dipping sauce, which are crunchy, adding to the fun of the different textures. The interior of the restaurant is well-maintained, with a counter, tables, and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed experience. The attentive service is efficient, and in addition to udon, there is a good selection of tempura, oden, sashimi, and other dishes, which is delightful.
