Looking at the blackboard menu on the wall, I feel excited by the variety of fish dishes available. The sashimi platter features fresh cuts, and when I put it in my mouth, the scent of the sea gently spreads. The salt ramen pairs well with the light broth and the firm noodles. The tempura of stingray fins has a crispy batter that stands out with its savory flavor. The time spent deciding on dishes while consulting with the owner over the counter is also enjoyable. When paired with a rice set, the overall balance of the meal is good, satisfying both my stomach and my heart.
