From the moment I saw the large aquarium at the entrance, my expectations rose. In the warm wooden Japanese space, the first sashimi platter I received was colorful and a delight to the eyes. The yellowtail had a good texture and the sweetness of the fat spread across my palate, while the oysters and whelks had excellent firmness. The simmered eggplant was accented by bonito flakes and ginger, leaving a very refreshing aftertaste. The crispy fried chicken and the crunchy texture of the loach were also enjoyable, making me want to order more and more. While nibbling on sea pineapple and drinking sake, I experienced a complete transformation in flavor, allowing me to spend the entire time with a smile.
