This is what you would call a town Chinese restaurant, where the menu is extensive and choosing is enjoyable. While I am curious about the specialty miso gyoza noodles, the ramen features a broth made from chicken bones, pork bones, and aromatic vegetables, without any seafood. The thick noodles are complemented by chashu, menma, naruto, and wakame, making it very easy to eat. The katsudon is generous with eggs and topped with green peas, and its gentle sweetness is delightful. The ginger pork is substantial in portion, with a strong ginger flavor, and it becomes even more delicious when dipped in mayonnaise with cabbage. I appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as them preparing enough soup for everyone when sharing.
