I was relieved that I could make a reservation. When I sat down, the aroma of eel spread out and whetted my appetite. The outside was beautifully grilled, the flesh was tender and thick, and the sauce was mildly sweet with a good balance. It seems they prepare it after you order, so it takes a little time to be served, but you can feel the freshness of the dish. You can also enjoy the soup along with it, making for a satisfying experience until the end. Of course, you can enjoy dining in the restaurant, and they also offer delivery, so you can enjoy it at home as well.
