When I entered the calm, bar-like space, the counter was lively, but I was able to sit comfortably on the sofa right away. The signature dish, Primoco, featured a hand-kneaded hamburger that was very juicy, and when I took a bite with some vegetables, a delightful flavor spread in my mouth. The California rice was a one-plate dish with vinegared rice topped with salmon and lettuce, and its refreshing seasoning was addictive. The dessert I chose, a special cake made by the pastry chef, had a seasonal feel, and its fluffy texture paired perfectly with coffee. The drinks ranged from espresso to regular coffee, allowing me to slowly enjoy a fragrant cup. Thanks to the staff's kind consideration, I was lent a blanket, making it a very comfortable experience until the end.
