The cozy interior of the restaurant exudes a Showa-era atmosphere, and just looking at the menu that spans an entire wall fills me with excitement. The signature stamina ramen has a rich spiciness and fragrant whole garlic that becomes addictive, warming my body with each bite. The noodles have a smooth texture, perfectly complementing the crispness of the stir-fried vegetables. The chicken wings are braised, with the aroma of five-spice powder wafting through, and they were very tender. The thin-skinned gyoza is crispy and the filling, which is packed with vegetables, can be enjoyed in a refreshing way. While I feel nostalgic in the old-fashioned ambiance and appreciate the careful seasoning, I am also curious about the dishes I have yet to try.
