It is located in a quiet place surrounded by greenery, and the entrance with a Japanese style and the warmth of wood is very calming. When you take your seat, fragrant Tartary buckwheat tea and fried soba are served, making you feel happy even before the wait. The 100% buckwheat noodles have a smooth texture, and the aroma of the buckwheat spreads with each bite, providing a sense of satisfaction. The dipping sauce has a rich flavor, and just lightly dipping the soba brings out the taste. The fried oysters have a crispy coating, are juicy on the inside, and have a hint of seaweed aroma that is irresistible. Seasonal tempura and unique soba dishes are also available, and thanks to the open windows, you can enjoy your meal comfortably.
