It was a quiet shop located in a residential area, where I could relax and spend time leisurely. The tonkatsu had a light and crispy batter, and the flavor of the meat was well pronounced. The meal was well-balanced with rice, miso soup, small side dishes, and pickles included. I enjoyed being able to change the flavor with lemon and salt. The staff's attentiveness, such as the prompt refilling of tea and providing of wet towels, was very pleasant. The simmered flower beans they served casually had just the right amount of sweetness, and the presentation was beautiful, leaving a lasting impression.
