It's the best when you bring in the caught wakasagi, and they fry it up right there. Just with salt, the sweetness of the ingredients is enhanced, and there's no unpleasant smell, making it easy to keep eating. The wakasagi tempura rice bowl is packed with fish, and it's great that the toppings take center stage over the rice. The tempura of bell peppers and eggplants is equally delicious, and you can feel the freshness of the vegetables. Even though it's fried food, it's not heavy, and the crispy texture continues, so you won't get bored until the end. The bright service and homey atmosphere further enhance the satisfaction of returning from fishing.
