I had lunch. The first salad had thin pasta in it, and the sesame flavor paired well and was delicious. Each piece of sushi was on the larger side, had a nice texture, and the toppings were fresh. The balance of the vinegar in the rice and its texture were just right, making me want to keep eating. The clear soup had a refined flavor, and the umami of the shellfish spread gently. The chawanmushi was wobbly, with ingredients like scallops and mochi appearing one after another, and there was even a sweet dish prepared for dessert, which left me satisfied.
