The signboard that looks hand-drawn saying 'Direct Sale of Eel' is a landmark, and it is a direct sales shop located on the premises of a private house. The white grilled eel is large in size, thick, and very satisfying to eat. The flesh is fluffy with a good balance of fat, and the aroma is pleasant. The skin has a gelatinous texture that enhances the flavor. It's delightful that they include the liver, and if you refer to the recipe at home to finish it off, it turns out very delicious. If you want to ensure you get some, it's reassuring to make a reservation.
