The lamb is tender, has no noticeable smell, and the fat is light. The garlic and apple sauce is mild, fragrant, and truly delicious. When you dip the grilled meat in the sauce and grill it again, the aroma intensifies, making it the best. It pairs well with rice and fresh vegetables, making it easy to keep eating. There are seats where you can grill your own meat, allowing you to enjoy it slowly on a roaster, and you can also choose meats other than lamb. It can get crowded, but it is a place with a high level of satisfaction.
