Yougetsu is a popular yakiniku restaurant in Kuwana. Although the price of their famous tan shio (tongue salt) has increased and the number of pieces has decreased, the meat such as jyokan halami salt, jyokan karubi, mino, liver, and hatsu (heart) are also reputed to be tasty. However, some people say that the top karubi has a lot of fat and is too tough. In general, the tang is regarded as excellent, although the quality may need to be improved as there are other tasty and reasonably priced yakiniku restaurants in Kuwana.
