Soba Lunch @ Shin-Osaka｜Happy to eat delicious food! Hot weather makes me want to eat something cold. The temperature has been rising rapidly since May... That's right! That's right! Let's go eat soba noodles! 48 Cha Hyakumetsu is located on the first floor of Hotel and Rooms Shin-Osaka! Breakfast buffet available only for hotel guests in the morning, and soba noodles for lunch available to the general public! I've been curious about this place for a long time, but I haven't been able to go there. Order at the cashier counter, pay your bill, and wait for your seat. When it's ready, they serve it to your seat! When I was trying to decide which one to order, the waitress talked to me. Which one do you recommend? I asked her, "The chicken tsuke-soba with special raayu is good! Inside the restaurant, there is a spacious seating arrangement with counter seats and large tables, and a view of a bamboo grove through the window. Tea and water are self-serve, as well as pickles. These were surprisingly delicious! Chicken Tsuke-soba with special raayu: 900 yen The waitress recommended this dish. Sesame seeds and chopped nori seaweed! You can barely see the soba noodles from the bottom! When you lift it up, you can see a lot of sesame seeds and nori sticking to it! The aroma of the seaweed and sesame seeds can be felt directly! The dipping sauce is a sweet and spicy soup stock with raayu. At first, the sweetness comes, but the raayu comes through at the end! I love that there are green onions and chicken in it too! A raw egg is dropped in the middle of the dish! The rich yolk is entwined with the egg, and it's delicious! I thought I could eat this much without any trouble! I thought I could eat this much, but it was a very large portion!
