I have been following Papparam Malaysian Kitchen from PopTalk up to when they opened in Makati. It is good that they are back in Marikina!!! This is only where I tasted the best Char Kway Teow. I tried this from different restos but nothing beats the Char Kway Teow from Papparam.....I am from Bacoor and I will be following wherever I can to grab my favorite Malaysian dish.
