The shop located on the first floor of the hotel has a calm counter that is comfortable. The interior is decorated with paintings, creating a somewhat stylish atmosphere. The recommended white fish and amberjack were fresh, and the scallops were particularly impressively delicious. The sea urchin was enjoyed with salt, and its melting texture was irresistible. The grilled shirako was crispy on the outside and warm on the inside, bringing a smile to my face. I was satisfied with the large anago sushi, miso soup, and salad, allowing me to enjoy my meal pleasantly.
