In a quiet shop nestled in a residential area, taking off your shoes and stepping onto the wooden floor brings a sense of relief. The view from the glass windows and the warmth of the wood stove in the back create a comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to linger. The thin, beautifully handmade soba noodles have a firm texture, and with each bite, the aroma of the buckwheat spreads. When you lightly dip the soba into the slightly soy-sauce-flavored broth, the flavors become even more pronounced, making it irresistibly delicious. The tempura of shrimp and vegetables is freshly fried, highlighting their sweetness, and when eaten together with the soba, it brings a feeling of happiness. The salt rice balls are also gently shaped, emphasizing the sweetness of the rice, allowing me to enjoy a satisfying meal until the very end.
