February 9 (Sat) Cafe Katsudo🍰🍓✨ with Kame-san ( ) I've always wanted to try Miyu-san's ( ) strawberry plate 🍓🍰🍽✨ with the beautiful Kame-san ( ) 🍓🍰🍽✨ I was so excited to meet there at 10:30 to go and eat! But there were already many customers! It's a popular restaurant after all! I guess people come here in the morning to enjoy cafe life 😂✨✨. I wish I was closer so I could go there more often. There were two groups waiting before us, so we waited in the car for about 40 minutes chatting and waiting. We ordered the strawberry plate we wanted! I ordered a hot tea drink. A luxurious plate with strawberries 🤤🍓✨. The plate was so prettily arranged that it made me happy just to look at it. Since Valentine's Day is coming up, there was a chocolate Mandian, shortcake, walnut scone, petit puffs, tart, strawberry soup with mascarpone, and many other items! With such a wide variety, it was hard to decide which to eat first! Let's start with the Mandian. Mandian is a soft chocolate, maybe milk chocolate? The soft sweet chocolate has a good balance of textured nuts and the sweet and sour taste of juicy cranberries. The shortcake has a fluffy and moist sponge. The shortcake is moist and spongy, with a moderate sweetness of whipped cream and sweet strawberries. The appearance is also lovely. The walnut scones are not crunchy, but moist. The moist dough has the crunchy texture of walnuts and a savory aroma. The sweet and sour berry sauce and whipped cream are added generously. It is served with a generous amount of sweet and sour berry sauce and whipped cream. The petit puffs are double cream and custard...? 💦 Double cream makes me happy. Sorry if I'm wrong 😓. The tart had cocoa dough. The crispy dough was too good. And the strawberry soup with mascarpone is soft, fluffy and rich with a moderate sweetness of mascarpone. The sweet and sour strawberries are a perfect match. I thought to myself that it would be delicious on a bagel 🤣 lol. Oh, it was really delicious 💕. I was so happy that Miyu noticed me too. ☺️ Then I ran into that person I didn't expect 🤣 lol. I was seated next to him but I didn't notice him at all. And I didn't realize he even noticed me when I was in the parking lot 😂‼️ The world is really a small place. But it was nice to hear from you 🥰. I wonder when and where I can meet my followers next 🤔⁉️ lol I'll be careful not to act weird. Oh yeah, a different follower noticed me on the main street too 😂. I don't often meet classmates, but I think I meet a lot of followers... I wonder if we are connected by common interests, or if we have a similar range of activities?
