Masamune Yangzhou Fried Rice What is real fried rice...(; ・・・д・・) The roots of fried rice and pilaf are said to be Indian "Prakas". In China, the Chinese dish of stir-fried white rice with various ingredients and oil is called "Chaofan"...in Japan, it became "Fried rice"...there are many theories...(థ公థ.) This time... it seems to be the real thing! [chinoise nansho The sign says "Chinese-style Western-style restaurant". When I entered the restaurant...I found remnants of my private life here and there...(థ公థ...థ...థ...) The light was switched on at the seat I was shown! Naturally, we were the only customers...(；`д・´) Even so, the wife who showed us the way... her appreciation for our visit was very much evident...(✧Д✧) Kakk! Thank you for coming at a time like this. ...I don't care about the atmosphere anymore (; ・・`д・´)I'm going to eat well (๑-̀ㅂ-́)و✧) ▪️ Fried rice with fried rice in a Yangzhou style - 1,000 yen ▪️ Fried noodles with starchy sauce 780 yen ▪️Yaki gyoza (fried dumplings) 380 yen The dumplings are thin-skinned but chewy, and the aroma of spices penetrates your nose without any extreme habits. The fried noodle soup also has a lot of ingredients...and the noodles are really interesting (థ公థ.) They look like thin fried noodles, but when you pull on them, they stretch out (✧Д✧)! What a texture! Now for the original fried rice! It's now on a plate with a golden shine! For a moment, I thought it had mixed vegetables in it, but it didn't. ( ✧Д✧) Kak! I can eat it without feeling guilty about the fact that there are so many ingredients and the rice and the ingredients are equal. It's a very light fried rice (; ・・`д・´) but there are too many ingredients and you can feel the water from the vegetables ( థ公థ.)
