I am delighted by the individually cooked rice in a pot, and I can enjoy the glossy rice. It's also fun to peel off the fragrant crispy bits from the bottom and eat them. I appreciate that I can choose between white rice and multigrain rice. The menu mainly consists of set meals, and there are many variations with meat, fish, and fried dishes, making it hard to decide. The grilled fish is cooked to enhance its aroma, and the flesh is moist, which is satisfying. The service is prompt, and I was able to enjoy even the hearty pork miso soup deliciously.
