It's a quiet shop located just around the corner, and the moment I opened the door, I felt a thrill. The modern concrete design and bright counter create a comfortable atmosphere where you can relax. It was enjoyable to watch the veteran chef's careful techniques, and our conversation flowed until the sushi was ready. The sushi made with pickled eggplant was a first experience for me, and despite being an unexpected combination, it had a gentle flavor that was impressive. The fluffy anago (conger eel) and fresh aji (horse mackerel) were all shining, and even the rolls were not overlooked. Thanks to the warm attentiveness of the proprietress, I was able to enjoy a pleasant dining experience until the very end.
