I went to Yamajin once last September with a reservation made by a colleague, and this was my second time with an autoreserve reservation. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, the meat was tender and had no smell at all, and it was very tasty. If you are looking for Genghis Khan in Chitose, I highly recommend Yamajin.

I was traumatized by the smell of the beast I had eaten in Tokyo a long time ago. I was told that Hokkaido's jingisukan was totally different, so I booked a table at the famous Yamajin restaurant and was really impressed with the taste! There was no smell or dryness at all, and I was able to enjoy the very juicy raw lamb all the way through. I would like to visit again when I visit Hokkaido!

It was delicious. I would like to go back. The counter was a little small and we couldn't put our food down, so it would have been nice if there was a little more distance between us and the next table.

It was my first time there and it was so delicious! I couldn't stop eating! The lamb meat did not have a bad smell and was easy to eat. Next time, I would like to try steak instead of all-you-can-eat!
