You can enjoy a traditional Japanese meal prepared with care by students in a calm atmosphere. The monthly changing meal starts with a honey apple appetizer and flows gently for a delightful experience. The hearty miso soup and chewy white rice pair perfectly together. The grilled autumn salmon served with maitake mushrooms, fluffy shrimp paste, and tempura of shishito peppers and king oyster mushrooms provide a satisfying experience. The turnip simmered in broth pairs well with rich miso, and the different textures of chicken, taro, chestnuts, and konjac are enjoyable. The fresh service includes attentive care with water and wet towels, and they also check for allergies, allowing for a worry-free experience.
