This is a Japanese restaurant that originated from a fish shop, located just a short walk from the station. The interior is newly built, featuring a comfortable hinoki wood counter that feels pleasant and cozy. The dishes made with fresh fish from Tosa have a refined taste with a rich dashi flavor, showcasing the care put into them. A dish featuring natural sweetfish from the Niyodo River finished with salt koji has a wonderful aroma and leaves a lasting impression. The combination of conger eel and local vegetables effectively conveys the quality of the ingredients. With warm hospitality, dining here is a pleasant experience, and I feel it is worth the special trip.

This is a shop located in Ino Town, with a counter and tables, creating a comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the lunch I had reserved, and the service was smooth. The bonito sashimi, when paired with onions and green onions, releases a wonderful aroma, and the sauce was just right. The small bowl of simmered dishes and the red miso soup were rich in umami, and the pickles had a carefully crafted flavor. For lunch, there are bento boxes, mini kaiseki, and lunch kaiseki available, while in the evening, you can enjoy a leisurely kaiseki with a reservation. It is slightly outside the city center, but it lived up to the reputation of being a hot topic in the media, providing a satisfying experience.
