In the main dining area located at the back of the lobby, the warmth of wood creates a comfortable space. Upon being seated, you are welcomed by attentive staff, and the decorative plates and cutlery are neatly arranged, which elevates your mood. The course begins with an appetizer, featuring a refreshing combination of sea bass and summer vegetables. The consomme jelly and peach soup enjoyed in a glass are impressive, offering a cool taste. The fish dish of ribbonfish and shrimp mousse, as well as the meat dishes of beef fillet wrapped in pastry and roast beef, provide a satisfying experience. Finally, you can thoroughly enjoy the pear mousse, petit fours, and coffee, making for a happy meal in the tranquil mountain atmosphere.
