When you go up to the second floor, a calm space with a sense of sophistication spreads out, allowing you to relax naturally. For lunch, a box-shaped plate is arranged with fried foods, simmered dishes, sashimi, and salad, creating a beautiful array of colors. The fried foods have a light and crispy batter, and the ingredients inside are juicy, bringing a smile with every bite. The simmered vegetables and pork are infused with dashi, conveying a sense of careful craftsmanship while still feeling homey. The miso soup and pickles served first have a comforting taste, and I felt the attention to nutritional balance. This restaurant, where you can quietly savor carefully prepared side dishes while strolling through Nakacho, is a very reliable presence.
