Hatakuma Shoten is a restaurant that also offers an outdoor BBQ and serves wild boar meat and other gibier. The peony hot pot, in particular, is a quick and easy way to enjoy the combination of vegetables and wild boar meat in a rich Hatcho miso-based broth. The stewed tender boar meat, together with vegetables and tofu, is served with the flavor of miso soaked into the meat to perfection. The udon noodles to finish off the meal are also well stewed and delicious. All in all, this is a restaurant where you can enjoy a steady stream of deliciousness.
