I found this place in the restaurant area of the department store and decided to try it. The thin noodles slide down smoothly and are easy to eat. The hell pot dish, where you scoop from the pot and soak in the broth, is enjoyable with raw egg and bonito flakes. The broth, fragrant with flying fish, pairs well with the noodles, making it irresistibly delicious. The bukkake topped with shrimp, sandfish, burdock, and perilla can be enjoyed refreshingly with grated daikon and ginger. The interior is spacious and easy to enter, allowing for a relaxed experience.
