This is a store located within a commercial facility, where there is ample space between seats, allowing for a calm dining experience. The cooking process is visible, and the interior, lined with bottles of sake, is clean and pleasant. There are various types of rice bowls, and I was unsure which one to choose. The ikura (salmon roe) rice bowl had well-shaped grains and a rich flavor, pairing excellently with the white rice. I was satisfied as the seasoning was not overdone, allowing me to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the ingredients. The vegetable tempura and ginger pork were also hearty, and I appreciated the casual atmosphere that made it enjoyable.
