The interior is bright and spacious, with both tatami and table seating, making it comfortable. The decorations of the Nebuta festival near the entrance add to the atmosphere and are fun. This place specializes in soba, and you can feel their dedication. The 100% buckwheat soba has a firm texture and a fragrant aroma. The deep umami of the warm dipping sauce is also excellent, perfectly complementing the crispiness of the tempura. The cold tororo soba, with grated daikon radish, is smooth and easy to eat, and I was very satisfied.
