The interior, which makes use of the storehouse, has a nostalgic atmosphere that is very calming. The first floor is lined with various alcoholic beverages, and you can relax in the seats on the upper floor. At the beginning, we were served samples of water and sweet sake, both of which were refreshingly delicious, and the presentation of the cups was lovely. The hamburger features a juicy patty made from domestic beef, and the salad, hearty soup, and daikon fries are addictive. For dessert, you can enjoy a pudding with a light aroma of sake lees and a rich-flavored cheesecake with a white koji sauce that adds a delightful twist. There are drinks like sweet sake and homemade ginger, and the opportunity to compare different types of sake is exciting.
