From the counter seats, you can see the open kitchen, and just watching the cooking process is exciting. The sashimi platter has different combinations of salt and aosa miso for each piece, which really enhances the flavor of the ingredients. The grilled live scallops with butter soy sauce and the oysters and shiitake mushrooms grilled on the robata are irresistibly delicious. The grape white miso dish is prepared in a Western style like a dessert, which is surprising and fun. The clay pot rice is fluffy and sweet, and choosing accompaniments to eat with it makes it even more enjoyable. The sake recommendations are also thoughtful, and I felt relaxed by the overall atmosphere of the restaurant and the pleasant service.
