This is a place where you can casually enjoy slowly aged squid salted in a wooden barrel, tasting it little by little. When you sit at the counter, you get to try a variety of salted squid, which is exciting. The crunchy spear squid and the gentle sweetness with koji are distinctly unique, making it hard to stop eating. The sake selection includes local limited brands, and the rich aroma of a glass pairs perfectly with the umami of the salted squid. The calm atmosphere typical of a fishing town allows you to relax while listening to local radio, which is delightful. There is also the fun of choosing your favorite items from the showcase for direct sales, leaving a happy aftertaste all the way home.
