When I casually walked in, the interior was clean and had a calming atmosphere. It’s a place that is fully dedicated to soba, and the menu is concise, which leaves a good impression. There was a suggestion to first taste a small amount with salt, and the aroma comes through strongly. There are dipping sauces available with flavors from the east and west, and both allow you to enjoy the essence of the broth. The noodles have a gentle texture and are easy to eat. They also offer a generous portion, so you can eat well, and the service is brisk, which feels nice.
