The slightly frizzled noodles intertwine with the gentle broth that is full of chicken flavor and is very tasty! The tender chashu pork also adds to the satisfaction! The early red and mitsuba leaves are a nice accent, and the flavorful nori seaweed is wonderful! The gentle katsuo and kombu broths are well balanced, and I could eat the ramen all the way through without getting bored! The sweetness of the vegetables was also very good and I hope to revisit again soon!
