As you pass through the shop's noren (curtain), you are welcomed by a calm space centered around a table. The soba made with fresh flour has a rich aroma, and just lightly dipping it in the sauce brings a feeling of happiness. The freshly fried tempura features shrimp that are larger than expected, and the vegetables are crispy. The chicken rice and small side dishes that come with the set are also carefully prepared, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. Even the clear soup and miso soup have a strong umami flavor, allowing you to enjoy the meal without getting bored until the end. It's no surprise that there are many regular customers; it was a comforting place.
