You can choose from several thicknesses and shapes of noodles, allowing you to enjoy them according to your mood. The seafood broth, enhanced by dried sardines, has a pleasant aroma and is not overly rich, making it enjoyable. The shop's original spicy sauce is provided, and adding it little by little on a separate plate makes for a fun change in flavor. You can add toppings to your liking, and green onions, wood ear mushrooms, chashu, and menma pair well together. The interior has a lot of counter seating. The larger fried chicken is also satisfying, and dipping noodles are available.
