I noticed a yellow tent along the prefectural road and casually stopped by. Upon entering, I was impressed by the warm atmosphere created by the couple who welcomed me. The fried rice, well-cooked, was rich in flavor, with the aroma of burdock adding a nice accent. The set meal, featuring crispy shrimp tempura and a fried egg, had a gentle taste that brought a smile to my face with every bite. The interior was so clean that it didn't feel like a typical town Chinese restaurant, and it was very comfortable. With generous portions and friendly service, I had a thoroughly satisfying dining experience.
