Upon entering the small black-walled shop along the national road, I felt a sense of warmth from the wood. With an L-shaped counter and a sunken kotatsu area, it's a place where you can relax whether you're alone or with others. The omakase sushi had a great balance between the rice and the toppings, and each piece was incredibly fresh, making me smile. The colorful chirashi and the perfectly grilled yellowtail collar were exquisite, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down. The bowl with plenty of flavorful fish scraps was a delightful addition, allowing me to enjoy my meal in a happy mood until the end. Thanks to the friendly couple's attentive service and the tasteful atmosphere, I had a very pleasant time.
