The red counter is impressive, and it has a cozy and calming atmosphere. The friendly and gentle chef warmly welcomes you, making the counter a comfortable place to be. The traditional Edo-style sushi is delicious, and I was satisfied with the balance between the toppings and the rice. In particular, the eel allows you to enjoy both grilled and white grilled versions, each highlighting its own unique aroma. The white grilled eel is sweet with fat, and the spiciness of the wasabi feels mild, which was impressive. The sea bream soup has a strong dashi flavor, and I appreciated the thoughtful adjustment of the rice size during the meal.
