The aroma of the fruit is strong, and the taste is very soft. I heard that they handle everything from vineyard management to bottling themselves, which gives a sense of care. The Concord and Niagara grapes are easy to drink and pair well with food. They also focus on European grape varieties, and the expression of Merlot is enjoyable. The store allows you to browse freely, making it a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Not only can you taste wine, but you can also sample grape juice, and the 100% rich juice is a delight for those who are driving or not fond of alcohol.
