Even if it's your first time trying Peruvian cuisine, this is a place where you can enjoy it with peace of mind. The ceviche is rich in seafood, with a refreshing finish enhanced by citrus aromas and herbs. The pasta is well-coated with a rich sauce made from flat noodles, potatoes, and cheese, and the stir-fried beef, onions, and tomatoes served alongside complement it perfectly. The skewers of beef heart, honeycomb tripe, and gizzards each offer a delightful variety of textures that are satisfying. The purple corn drink has a rich flavor and is refreshing when enjoyed with ice. Overall, the balance of flavors is excellent, and you can feel the Latin atmosphere, which makes you feel happy.
