As I followed the navigation's instructions down a narrow road, the shop appeared, and I felt excited the moment I arrived. Inside the store, there was a wood stove and a piano, creating a stylish café-like atmosphere. I chose the specialty 'abiten bukkake' and had a lot of fun experiencing the process of branding the abiten myself. The combination of the fluffy and crispy abiten with the smooth and chewy udon was the best. The fragrant broth mixed well with the grated daikon, and I couldn't stop using my chopsticks. The staff's attentive service and the warm kake dashi I received along the way filled my heart as well.
