It is located just a short walk from the station, and the nostalgic atmosphere is pleasant. Upon passing through the noren (fabric divider), you are greeted with bright voices, and there are seats and tables that are easy to sit at even for one person, as well as tatami rooms in the back. The menu with pictures is easy to read, and there are many options including soba, udon, rice bowls, and combination menus, making it hard to choose. The thin soba noodles have a smooth texture that goes well with the lightly tangy dipping sauce. Adding soba-yu (hot water used to rinse soba) after the meal and enjoying the aroma of green onions and shichimi (seven spice) is also the best. The hojicha (roasted green tea) provides a comforting feeling, and you can sense the warm atmosphere that is loved by the local community.
