As soon as you open the door, a white smoke and a savory aroma spread out, stimulating your appetite. The staff kindly informed us, 'Please order items that take time to prepare early,' so we were able to choose at a leisurely pace without worry. The yukhoe and fresh beef tripe sashimi were delightful, with a smooth texture and rich umami that was irresistible. The salt-grilled tongue and beef tripe, cooked over charcoal, had a pleasant chewiness, and the juices burst forth, bringing happiness. While enjoying the grilling in a spacious tatami room without partitions, dipping the grilled kalbi into the hot soup enhanced its richness even more. It was a fantastic yakiniku experience, so generous that the smell clung to our clothes, and it was a wonderful place to enjoy without pretension.
