The interior has a new and calming design, allowing for a relaxing time. The open kitchen is visible and clean, making it enjoyable to watch. The salad made with Shinshu vegetables and herbs has a wonderful aroma, is crunchy, and delicious. The thigh meat of Shinshu herb chicken has a refreshing scent and was grilled to juiciness. The structure allows plenty of natural light in, making it very comfortable. The staff are friendly, and it can be enjoyed in a casual manner.
